Today we are going to tell you the recipe to make restaurant style Hara Bhara Kebab. You can easily make green kebabs at home by frying them in very little oil. You can also air fry this veg kebab to make it completely oil free. Enjoy serving these green kebabs with chutney or any dip of your choice.
Ingredients to make Hara Bhara Kebab
1/2 cup peas
1 1/2 cups spinach
2 onions
4 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 tbsp cumin
1/4 cup green beans
1/2 tbsp ground cumin
salt as required
4 tbsp coriander leaves
1/2 tsp chaat masala powder
2 large boiled, mashed potatoes
2 tbsp gram flour
1 tbsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp dried mango powder
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp ginger paste
1/2 tsp black pepper
8 grams cashews
How to make Hara Bhara Kebab
cook vegetables
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Add cumin and let it splutter. Now add chopped onions and fry for a few minutes. Add chopped beans and peas. Add salt as per taste, cumin powder, ginger paste, garlic paste, dry mango powder, garam masala, chaat masala and coriander leaves. Mix everything well and cook for a few minutes.

Lastly add spinach leaves and cover the lid. Let them cook for a few minutes. Mix well and let the mixture cool slightly.

Pour the cooked mixture into a blender and blend to make a smooth paste. Put this paste in a bowl.
prepare the dough
Now add mashed potatoes, gram flour, salt and black pepper powder to this paste. Mix well to prepare the dough.
make tikki
Make small balls from the dough and flatten them slightly to give them the shape of tikkis. Press a cashew in the center of each tikki.
cook and serve
Now heat 2 tbsp oil on a non stick pan. Place tikki/kebab on it. Cook till golden brown from both the sides. Serve Hara Bhara Kebab with mint chutney and enjoy.
